 Helping You Feel Great in the Body You Are In.

My goal is not to change your body but to help you feel great in the body you are in.

Our sessions will focus on the quality of your movement, your understanding of your movement and your mindset. My goal is to help you feel great and as a result look great.

In Phenomenal Woman by Maya Angelou, she writes:

Pretty women wonder where my secret lies. 

I’m not cute or built to suit a fashion model’s size   

But when I start to tell them, 

They think I’m telling lies. 

I say, 

It’s in the reach of my arms, 

The span of my hips,   

The stride of my step,   

The curl of my lips.   

I’m a woman 


Phenomenal woman,   

That’s me. 

I’m interested in the reach of your arms, the span of your hips, the stride in your step - I want to strengthen them, mobilise them and stabilise them so you too can feel phenomenal.

I can also give nutrition advice but it will not be fashionable; I will tell you to eat a little of everything and move every day.

Loving your body for what it can do is so much more important than worrying about how much you weigh.
